RESUME ADVICE AND ADAPTATION TO SUIT LOCAL FORMATS AND EMPLOYERS

It is paramount that your resume is constructed in a format acceptable to Australian employers. AIRS has developed a variety of specialist formats acceptable to business and industry and will re-format your resume to suit if necessary. This service is included in our consultancy fee structure.

NO FEES ARE PAYABLE UNTIL AIRS REVIEWS AND REPORTS ON YOUR RESUME AND PROSPECTS

We report back to you as to the state of the employment market and your chances of success in the current climate. You then have the choice to appoint AIRS after all your queries have been identified and answered. We will then bill you on confirmation of your request to proceed.

AIRS does not have a particular bias or preference for any location in Australia. Our recommendations will depend on opportunities based on your employment needs and other preferences. OUR CONSULTANCY CONTINUES UP TO SIX MONTHS AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL IN AUSTRALIA

Our consultancy does not stop immediately we place you or when you arrive in Australia. We maintain contact with you and your employer for up to six months after you commence but we also provide ongoing assistance should you require such.

GOOD ADVICE, GOOD RESULTS ARE PRICELESS

Our fee structure is based on an initial registration/consultancy fee, which covers all investigations, answers to queries, seeking employment opportunities and arranging interviews by telephone (or in person) and assisting with exploratory visits to Australia if you are in a position to do so. A success fee discussed before we proceed and based on successful placement and commencement with an employer is then charged.
