Australian International Recruitment Services Pty Ltd, AIRS, is an experienced employment consultant who specializes in sourcing and placing impending migrants who comply with skill shortages or possess international experience required in Australia.

AIRS consults for qualified migrants who have been successful in obtaining permanent visa status for Australia. AIRS also sources other skilled candidates who may be brought into Australia under other State sponsored, Regional and Work visas or who match a skills database from which an employer can sponsor such individuals. As a convenient service and no obligation option, AIRS has provided an “Employer registration” form where you can log your skill shortages and other requirements. AIRS will contact you with availability should compatible candidates be found. AIRS conducts and manages international campaigns targeting specific candidates required in the Australian job market. From initial advertising to telephone and actual overseas interviews, we design and operate the campaign under either a consultancy arrangement, on a set fee basis or a combination of factors designed to bring value to your company.
